10:00 - 10:30: Family Wake (Extended family: Arkin/Rosecky/Noll/Stellpflug)
10:30 - 11:30: Wake (Open to all)
11:30 - 11:45: Official Welcome remarks
11:45 - 12:30: Memorial Video - Pre-recorded
12:30 - 01:00: Reception - Open Zoom for additional conversation
Instructions to Guests
We encourage anyone who plans to join us (even if you will be viewing/listening in only) to RSVP here.
All guests will join Zoom as a viewer/listener only. The Stellkin family and all parts of the program will be viewable to all guests. Guests can join as early as 10am or anytime after. Feel free to come and go throughout the memorial. When you enter the Zoom it will ask for your name and email (our official guestbook).
The wake portions will be a time for any guest to speak with/be visible to the family. Use the “chat” tool to tell us you would like to share a few words:
1) Send us a “chat” message you would like to speak (example: “I have something to share”)
2) Make sure your name is included
3) Once sent, please be patient and we will announce when it is your turn to speak/be visible
4) Limit your time to 2-3 minutes
The first half hour (10-10:30) is set aside for family to join first and then at 10:30 we will open up to all who wish to speak.
We plan to start the Memorial Video promptly at 11:45. If you have not had a chance to speak before this time, there will be additional time afterwards to gather/share/visit.
